Hussain Ahmed
Hussain Ahmed who is currently working with the local authority are successfully managing and executing his role the organisation and sending personnel to provide care for clients, including young individuals with disabilities living in residential facilities, the elderly, and other vulnerable persons. Hussain has gathered vast experience in working and dealing with vulnerable clients and can manage staff to work with these clients with knowledge of conducting robust recruitment to ensure that workers provided are well vetted to ensure the safety of the clients. He is also able to carry out needs and risk assessments to identify client's needs and risk and put management plans in place to eradicate any risk that clients can be exposed to. He is able to generate further care plans with other providers to ensure clients get the best care that suits their interest and liaise with client organisations and other Carers’ that are involved in the clients care to ensure clients are well looked after and there is common interest between the agency and the service user
