Alamgir Hossain
Alamgir Hossain is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years of experience in developing finance systems in humanitarian organisations. He had worked 10 years as Head of Finance in Muslim Aid, an international charity and has also previously worked with IDE, ELRHA and International Medical Corps. He has experience in both the UK and overseas regions i.e. South Asia and Africa.Alamgir Hossain is also the Finance Director of Charity Finance and Accounting and Head of Finance at Al-Khair Foundation. In his capacity, he provides organisational strategy, financial information and interpretation to support the Trustees, CEO, and SMT members to support decision-making across the organisation. He provides strong financial stewardship leading in all financial aspects of the organisation.
